“Premium - Leasing” operates on the market of Moldova since 2009. The assignment of residential real estate in leasing is the principal direction of Company’s operation.
The mission of the Company is to assist to physical persons in order to purchase the apartment or house on convenient conditions by installment from 5 to 10 years with simultaneous life insurance and property.
“Premium - Leasing” programs are oriented on physical persons with average level of prosperity, physical persons who do not have the residential place or those who want to improve their housing conditions.
Since 2009, the Company got and delivered to leasing the apartments in Chisinau, Belts, Cupcini and Stavceni.
In 2012 the Company offers several programs of residential space financing in leasing with different variants of conditions in accordance with financial possibilities of clients and time-limit of residential place purchase.
